Mobile App Guide

ProTime Tennis has two native apps:

  • **iPhone and iPad** — available on the App Store
  • **Android** — available on Google Play

Both connect to the same workspace as the website. Anything you change in an app

appears on the web, and the other way around.

The **website remains the full admin surface.** The apps are built for running

your day: the schedule, your clients, approvals, and reports. Billing, team

management, and detailed public-booking setup stay on the web.

Which App to Use for What

| Task | iPhone / iPad | Android | Website |

|---|---|---|---|

| View and edit the schedule | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Create and edit bookings | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Approve or reject booking requests | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Clients | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Coaches | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Courts | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Lesson packages | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Reports | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Programs and group sessions | View on iPad / desktop layout | Web | Yes |

| Billing, invoices, plan changes | Web | Web | Yes |

| Staff invites, roles and permissions | Web | Web | Yes |

| Public booking link setup | Web | Web | Yes |

If something is not in your app, it is on the website — sign in at

`protime.tennis` with the same account.

Signing In

Sign in with your email and password, or use the sign-in option built into

your device:

| | Email and password | Sign in with Apple | Sign in with Google |

|---|---|---|---|

| iPhone / iPad | Yes | Yes | Use email, or the website |

| Android | Yes | Use email, or the website | Yes |

Your session is remembered between launches, so you normally open the app

straight into your schedule.

App lock

You can require Face ID, Touch ID, or your device fingerprint / PIN each time

the app is opened. Turn it on in `Settings` inside the app. This locks the app

only — it does not change your ProTime password.

Creating an Account

You can create a workspace directly in either app: choose **Coach** or **Club**,

enter your business name, your name, email, and a password. Your timezone is

detected automatically.

You will land in the app straight away. A reminder to verify your email address

appears until you confirm it. Until your email is verified, outward-facing

actions — sharing public booking links and inviting staff — stay disabled.

Joining a club you were invited to

If a club invited you, open the invitation link on your phone. The app

recognises the invitation, confirms which club you are joining, and adds you to

that workspace when you finish signing up. You do not need to create a separate

account first.

iPhone and iPad

The iPhone app has five tabs:

  • `Schedule`
  • `Clients`
  • `Coaches`
  • `Reports`
  • `Settings`

On iPad and larger layouts you get a wider sidebar with more sections,

including `Courts`, `Packages`, and `Programs`.

Use the `+` button on the Schedule tab to create a booking.

Android

The Android app has four tabs:

  • `Schedule`
  • `Clients`
  • `Manage`
  • `Reports`

`Manage` is the hub for `Courts`, `Coaches`, and `Packages`, each showing how

many you currently have.

The top bar holds search, pending approvals, notifications, and your profile

and settings.

Schedule

Both apps offer:

  • **Day**, **Week**, and **List** views
  • Court filter and search
  • Create, edit, cancel, and delete bookings
  • Duration and availability-aware time selection, so you are not offered a slot

that is already taken

  • Court blocks (maintenance, events) shown on the grid, and excluded from the

times you can book

  • Pending public booking requests, with approve and reject
  • Payment status on each booking
  • Lesson package usage when booking a client who has a package

Times always display in your workspace's timezone, not your phone's, so a

schedule looks the same to everyone on your team.

Clients

  • Browse and search clients
  • Create and edit clients
  • See a client's lesson history and package balance
  • Merge duplicate clients

Coaches, Courts and Packages

  • Add and edit coaches
  • Add and edit courts, including rates and blocks
  • Create lesson packages and see how many are in use

Your plan sets how many courts you can add. When you reach the limit, the app

tells you. Workspace owners are prompted to upgrade the plan; other staff are

asked to contact an owner.

Reports

Revenue, booking counts, and court occupancy for a period you choose.

Cancelled, rejected, expired, and pending bookings are excluded from revenue,

so the totals match what you actually earned.

Notifications

Turn on notifications when the app asks, and you will be alerted for:

  • New public booking requests waiting for approval
  • Booking status changes
  • Upcoming lesson reminders

You can also open the notifications list in the app at any time, and mark

everything as read.

If you are not receiving notifications, check that they are enabled for ProTime

in your device settings.

Live Updates

Both apps keep an open connection to your workspace, so a booking created by a

colleague on the web appears on your phone without a manual refresh. If the

connection drops, the app reconnects on its own. You can also pull down to

refresh at any time.

Working Offline

Recently loaded schedule, client, coach, and court data stays viewable if you

lose signal, so you can still check who is next.

**Creating or changing a booking needs a connection.** If a change fails, the

app tells you — it does not fail silently. Reconnect and try again.

Language

Both apps follow your device's language setting.

The Android app is fully translated into **Spanish**. On iPhone and iPad, Spanish

is partial — the main screens are translated, but some areas still appear in

English. Full Spanish coverage on iOS is in progress.

Switching Workspaces

If you belong to more than one club or coaching business, switch between them

from your profile in the app. The schedule, clients, and reports all follow the

workspace you have selected.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is available in the app under `Settings`, and on the website at

`/account-deletion`. Deleting your account removes your access and your personal

data. If you own a workspace with other staff, transfer ownership first.

Getting Help

  • In-app: `Settings` → `Help & Privacy` → `Contact Support`
  • Web: the full documentation at `/docs`
